B. Troubleshooting

This section gives you solutions for troubleshooting your PSU. If the problem still persists after trying these solutions, contact WTI Customer Service as described in Appendix G.
No Power
Make certain the unit is plugged in and power is ON.
Check your power outlet and make sure there is power.
Check the fuse. If blown, replace with .25A slo-blo fuse.

No Data Out to Printer
Check to see that the printer(s) are online.
Check WAIT indicator; if on, press PAUSE to resume.
Send a test message: press and hold in PAUSE while tapping CLEAR.
  Check for proper baud rates.
Make certain data cables are compatible and attached correctly.
Check the printer. Make certain it's set for the proper mode: Serial or Parallel.

No Data Into PSU
Check INPUT 1-8 indicator and make sure it lights solid on the port in question when data is sent from the PC.
If the indicator does not light, make sure the data cables are compatible and securely attached.
Double-check SETUP switch settings and try to send data again.
If there is still no data, bypass the PSU and connect your PC directly to the printer.
If there is still no data, check DOS MODE commands and make sure they are properly set. Data may not be directed by DOS to the proper port. Refer to your DOS manual to set your computer to direct data out the proper port.

Application Takes Too Long to Return to Screen After Sending Out a Print Job
Check the MEMORY indicator. If it flashes eight or nine times between pauses, or, is lit solid, then memory may be too full to accept your entire print job.
If this problem occurs frequently, try adding more memory -available from WTI.
