4.3. Command Set

 

The PollCat-ILB offers the following commands: 
  Clear Data (^C): In addition to the procedure described in Section 4.1, memory can also be cleared by typing ^C ([Ctrl] plus [C]) and then pressing [Enter]. Note that cleared data cannot be recovered. 
  (XON) Send Data (^Q): Begins data release. Type ^Q [Enter]. 
  Report & Command Menu (^R): Displays the Status Screen (Figure 3), which shows current system parameters and memory usage, and includes basic "help" information. Type ^R [Enter]. 
  (XOFF) Stop Data (^S): Halts data release. Type ^S [Enter]. 
  Test Message (^T): Sends a Test Message out the Computer Port as described in Section 4.6. Type ^T [Enter].
